Unfortunately, you cannot remain on the phone as the AmeriLife Direct Agent is speaking with your client.  In fact, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) doesn’t allow for the referring agent to be present in the same room/office or on the phone.

However, rest assure, our only goal is to satisfy you and your clients Medicare needs.  Here at AmeriLife Direct we make a pledge to all contacted agents ensuring no cross selling and clearing stating out responsibility to you and your client.
